More antiques....

This plough was purchased along with the old table (we in fact bought two ploughs) my initial intention was to paint up the item using some matt finish hammerite in black and dark green. Once placed in its new home as a feature for the herb garden though we decided that it looked better all old and natural......

And our weekly visit to the local fish shop....there is such a large selection of fresh fish on offer its hard to choose, however the owners are more than happy to suggest some recipes so we naturaly come home with something. This week was 2kg of mussels (again) and 3 swordfish steaks - all for €13.00. Brilliant

Next up...two tier cave floor cemented and tiled for €60.00

Yes we have a very nice fish market too!! Yesterday I came home with 3 large squid and half a kilo of sardines. They cost 9 euros in total and I am looking forward to having a barbeque with them tonight. Yummy

Cream: the fish shops are fantastic, open every Tuesday and Friday, the selection is quite extraordinary, good job the owner gives us recipes otherwise I wouldnt know what to do with some of the fish let alone pronounce it.. Mrs CR is the expert.......
